The Monk Who Vanished

In September of AD 666, a respected monk and invaluable holy relics belonging to St. Ailbe vanish from the Abbey of Imleach, causing grave concern for the abbey and threatening the stability of the kingdom of Muman. Sister Fidelma, the king's sister and a proponent of the Brehon Courts, is called upon to investigate the troubling case, joined by her companion, Brother Eadulf. As they delve deeper into the mystery, they discover that sinister forces are at play, willing to resort to murder to achieve their goals.
