Smoke in the Wind

In seventh-century Ireland, Fidelma, a respected advocate of the Brehon courts and sister to the king of Muman, is known for her wisdom and legal acumen. While traveling with her companion Eadulf to meet the new archbishop of Canterbury, they find themselves unexpectedly in the kingdom of Dyfed, where they must unravel the mystery of a vanished monastic community.
