In a post-war Maltaan landscape, the Military Assistance Command-Maltaan (MACM) grapples with significant challenges under General Ellis Boudreaux's leadership. As the rainy season hinders operations and essential supplies are threatened, the Space Marines must address the fallout from their victory, including navigating the consequences of abandoned Precision Crafted Soldiers and severe food shortages. With a nationalist insurgency emerging under the command of the elusive General Staaber, Captain Abner Fortis and his team face a critical mission: to eliminate the insurgent threat and restore some semblance of order.
