In the aftermath of a devastating terrorist attack by the Kuiper Knights, the United Nations of Terra (UNT) seeks vengeance through the Swift Sword Protocol, which permits the assassination of key fugitives. Major Abner Fortis, recruited by the new Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Agency (ISRA), teams up with former Space Marine Jocko Bender to track down ruthless fugitives Emil Zerec and JJ Zylstra.
