Josh Dean is a New York–based journalist, author, and podcast host whose work has appeared in publications including Rolling Stone, Esquire, GQ, Popular Science, and Bloomberg Businessweek. He was a founding editor of PLAY, The New York Times Sports Magazine, and has written narrative nonfiction about dog shows, Cold War espionage, aerospace innovation, and true crime. He is also a cofounder of the narrative podcast studio Campside Media.
