Scott Mariani is a Scottish-born, Oxford-educated author best known for the bestselling Ben Hope thriller series, featuring an ex-SAS hero in action-packed international adventures. After working in various jobs, he became a full-time writer; the first Ben Hope novel, The Alchemist’s Secret, became a chart bestseller and was translated worldwide. He later expanded into medieval historical adventure with the Will Bowman series, while continuing to live and write in rural west Wales.
