Toby Martinez de las Rivas is a British poet, born in 1978 and raised in Somerset. He studied archaeology and history at Durham University and has published three poetry collections with Faber & Faber: Terror (2014), Black Sun (2018), and Floodmeadow (2023). His work has received the Eric Gregory Award and the Andrew Waterhouse Award, and he was the 2023–24 Blackburn Artist in Residence at Duke University.
