The Homecoming

Set in 1946, after the war's conclusion, the Adams family members return home to reunite with their loved ones, including Boots, Polly, and their twins, as well as Tim and Felicity. Chinese Lady takes on her familiar role as the family's watchful matriarch. Meanwhile, grandson Daniel continues to serve in Palestine under perilous conditions, while his American fiancée, Patsy, anxiously awaits his safe return.
