Gabriela Wiener is a Peruvian writer, poet, journalist, and chronicler whose career grew out of magazine and literary journalism. She is known for intimate, immersive chronicles and essays on sexuality, gender, family, migration, race, and colonialism, as well as for works including Sexografías, Llamada perdida, Huaco retrato, and Atusparia. Her writing has appeared widely in Spanish-language media, and she has also created poetry, theater, and literary performances.
