Before the Storm

Set in post-World War II Berlin, this story follows Sara Sturm, a US government worker, as she investigates anti-Semitic vandalism and forms a bond with Holocaust survivors Max and Karl Portnoy. Their quest to locate the elusive Nazi scientist Heinz Hoffman takes them on a perilous journey across Germany, amid threats from assassins and secret organizations. Amid ongoing power struggles and lingering dangers, their pursuit of justice and truth unfolds in a tense, high-stakes landscape.
