Two Purloined Pillows

In the aftermath of managing Nina's Nimble Needle, Shelby is excited to oversee two prominent needlepoint designers during the town's inaugural arts festival. As the festival approaches, unique pillows created by Laura and Paul go missing amidst a wave of shoplifting, creating tension between the two designers. The situation takes a dark turn when Laura collapses and dies at the auction dinner, prompting Shelby to investigate the tangled web of jealousy and resentment among a growing list of suspects, including a newspaper reporter with revealing insights. With the help of her close-knit team, Shelby must unravel the motives behind the tragedy before the killer strikes again.
