Nodaway Trail

In "The Nodaway Trail," young Ruben Beeler's peaceful life in Deer Run is disrupted when Marshal Marion Daniels enlists his help to investigate a gruesome murder and mutilation case near St. Joe. Their quest leads them into dangerous territory where they confront a notorious family of outlaws who have dominated Nodaway County since before the Civil War. As tensions escalate and danger lurks at every turn, Ruben, Marion, and their companion Homer must navigate a desperate situation while outmatched and on the run.
