Lloyd Lofthouse is an award-winning American author whose writing career began after he earned a BA in journalism and later an MFA. His first published novel, My Splendid Concubine, appeared in 2007 after extensive research and travel in China. He later created the Josh Kavanagh series of military and political thrillers, including The Patriot Oath and Never for Glory.
