Günter K. Koschorrek (born 1923) was a German soldier and author of a World War II memoir. After working in business following the war, he rediscovered his wartime notes in 1995 and developed them into Vergiss die Zeit der Dornen nicht, published in German in 1998 and later translated as Blood Red Snow: The Memoirs of a German Soldier on the Eastern Front.
