She has published essays, stories, and articles in outlets including Atlas Obscura, BBC Travel, The Sun, and Bellevue Literary Review, and has authored the novel You Could Be Happy Here, the Costa Rica relocation guide Living Abroad in Costa Rica, and the bilingual children’s book The Manatee’s Big Day.
