Alan Elsner is a journalist, novelist, and nonfiction author whose 30-year career with Reuters included reporting from more than 40 countries on major international, political, and social stories. He began publishing books with Gates of Injustice: The Crisis in America's Prisons (2004) and Guarded by Angels (2005), a Holocaust memoir. His debut novel, The Nazi Hunter (2007), draws on his journalistic experience and explores historical justice, extremism, and the pursuit of Nazi war criminals.
