Sarah Vaughan is the pseudonym of British novelist and former journalist Sarah Hall. After studying English at Oxford, she spent 11 years as a news reporter and political correspondent at The Guardian before leaving journalism to write fiction. Her first two novels were women’s fiction, followed by psychological thrillers including Anatomy of a Scandal, Little Disasters, and Reputation, which explore power, privilege, misogyny, family, and criminal investigations.
