Ted Simon is a British journalist and travel writer who began his writing career in Paris and Fleet Street, contributing to newspapers and magazines before publishing his first book about the 1970 Formula One season. He became internationally known for Jupiter’s Travels, his account of a four-year, 64,000-mile motorcycle journey through 45 countries, followed by Riding High and Dreaming of Jupiter. He has published several books of travel, memoir, and nonfiction inspired by his journeys and experiences.
