He wrote Console Wars, about the Sega–Nintendo rivalry, and The History of the Future, about Oculus and the rise of virtual reality. He has also written for ESPN, IGN, Fast Company, and The A.V. Club, and has worked as a writer and producer on documentaries including Console Wars and GameStop: Rise of the Players.
