Daniel Nayeri is an Iranian-American author of books for children and young adults. A former literary agent, editor, and publisher, he began writing full time after a career in publishing. His acclaimed works include Everything Sad Is Untrue, The Many Assassinations of Samir, the Seller of Dreams, and The Teacher of Nomad Land, which have received the Printz Award, Newbery Honors, and a National Book Award.
