Cameron Crowe began his writing career as a teenage music journalist and became Rolling Stone’s youngest-ever contributor at age 15, interviewing major artists including Bob Dylan, David Bowie, Neil Young, Led Zeppelin, and Fleetwood Mac. He later wrote the bestselling book Fast Times at Ridgemont High, the interview-based Conversations with Wilder, and the memoir The Uncool, while also becoming an acclaimed screenwriter and filmmaker, winning an Academy Award for Almost Famous.
