Michael Frost Beckner is an American writer and producer who studied novel writing at the University of Southern California. He began in Hollywood as a writing assistant to Barry Levinson before launching a screenwriting career with films including Sniper and Spy Game, and later created and wrote television projects such as The Agency. He has since expanded into fiction with espionage and historical novels, including the Aiken Trilogy: Muir’s Gambit, Bishop’s Endgame, and Aiken in Check.
