Raven Leilani is an American writer whose work has appeared in Granta, McSweeney’s Quarterly Concern, Narrative, The Yale Review, Conjunctions, The Cut, and New England Review. She earned an MFA from New York University and made her novelistic debut with Luster, which received major critical acclaim and earned several literary awards, including the National Book Critics Circle John Leonard Prize and the Center for Fiction First Novel Prize.
