Life in a Psychedelic Church

Jack Call recounts his transformative years from 1972 to 1978 as a follower of Art Kleps and the Neo-American Church, exploring a worldview centered on psychedelics as sacraments that reveal life's dreamlike nature. His detailed true story unfolds with unexpected twists, ultimately leading to disillusionment and reflection on philosophical views surrounding psychedelics, religion, and spirituality. Now, decades later, he shares his insights, suggesting that psychedelic experiences can align more closely with Christian truths than with other philosophical or religious traditions.
