Louise's Blunder

Set in 1940s Washington, DC, this story follows government girl Louise Pearlie as she investigates the mysterious death of a missing OSS analyst, only to return to her regular duties in the file rooms. Her interactions with fellow women in the OSS Reading Room introduce her to social issues, providing a respite from her personal worries. However, her life soon takes a darker turn, raising tense questions about her safety amidst unfolding dangers.
