Talk to Me Nice

"Talk to Me Nice" explores the crucial role of trust in creating a healthy and productive workplace, emphasizing the importance of understanding individual trust languages. Drawing on experience as a workplace consultant, the author introduces seven trust languages—transparency, security, demonstration, feedback, acknowledgment, sensitivity, and follow-through—to help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and foster a more equitable environment. The program aims to guide listeners in recognizing their own trust preferences and effectively connecting with colleagues to rebuild trust and enhance workplace relationships.
