The Damsel's Intent

Set in 1893 Washington State, this charming story follows Nicole Waterby as she navigates the challenges of suddenly caring for her cousins and learning how to fit into a society she’s unfamiliar with, including the art of being a proper lady. Rancher Shane Keegan, seeking a sense of belonging and love, crosses paths with Nicole, whose journey of self-discovery and adaptation intertwines with his own hopes for connection. Both characters face the question of whether love can blossom amid their efforts to become someone they are not.
