The Jilted Bride

Ruby flees her abusive father to start anew in Utah, where she hopes to find solace with a rancher she's been writing to. Owen, a grieving widower, feels guilty about introducing another woman into his children's lives but believes they need a mother figure. Although Ruby accepts their practical arrangement, her desire for deeper connection grows, leading her to realize that she may have swapped one challenging situation for another.
