In the tumultuous summer of 1968, the quiet suburb of Carew is gripped by fear as a series of brutal rapes escalate to murder. Captain Carmine Delmonico faces a perplexing case amid a strained police department, where a new, ambitious trainee, Helen MacIntosh, adds to the dynamic.
