The Red Collar

Chief Inspector Hayashi Teruo, a perfectionist and short-tempered detective, is paired with a new partner, Miyazaki Shinji, who has the supernatural ability to communicate with murder victims' ghosts. When they are assigned to investigate a series of murders linked by a strange weapon resembling a dog’s collar, they must navigate their partnership both professionally and personally.
