A Call to Courage

In the midst of World War Two, 21-year-old Alix navigates her studies in Paris while grappling with complex relationships and the turmoil around her. Torn between her burgeoning romance with fellow student Raoul and her feelings for American pilot Steve, who shares her Serbian heritage, Alix faces life-altering decisions as both men head off to war. With her father involved in a resistance plot in Belgrade and her mother serving in the Nursing Corps, Alix must confront the oppressive German occupation and choose between seeking safety or joining the Resistance. Her journey tests her courage and commitment to freedom during a time of crisis.
