The Docklands Girls

Set during spring 1944, this story follows Hildy, who is contributing to the war effort on an airplane production line, while dealing with personal challenges at home. Meanwhile, Cora is grappling with loss and hardship in the aftermath of the Blitz, turning to street life with her friend Belle. Through their struggles, the women face a series of hardships brought on by war, ultimately discovering resilience, hope, and the pursuit of their dreams.
