Five Children and It (Adaptation)

When children discover a mysterious, ancient sand-fairy called a Psammead while digging in a gravel-pit, they are excited to learn it can grant them one wish a day. However, as they soon find out, making wishes can be more complicated than it seems. The story explores the adventures and challenges that come with the fairy's magical powers.
