Irena's War

Set against the backdrop of September 1939 Warsaw, this story follows social worker Irena Sendler as she navigates the perilous environment under Nazi occupation. While tasked with running soup kitchens, she covertly helps Jewish families by forging documents and becomes involved in daring rescue missions for Jewish children with the Polish resistance.
