Forever Island

In the heart of the Big Cypress Swamp, eighty-six-year-old Seminole man Charlie Jumper lives a traditional life with his wife, teaching his grandson Timmy about their ancestral land. However, their way of life is jeopardized when a corporation purchases a vast tract of the swamp, forcing Charlie to confront the destructive legacy of white settlement. Determined to resist the encroachment on his home, Charlie embarks on a journey into the swamp, searching for the mythical Forever Island as he grapples with the devastating consequences of corporate expansion.
