The Midgard Serpent

Thorgrim Night Wolf, now on the southern coast of Engla-land, is closer to home than he's been in years, but still far from reaching it. His son Harald, eager to prove his bravery, takes command of a ship, leading to a series of events that will draw Thorgrim into a conflict with Wessex's formidable armies. Meanwhile, Thorgrim's eldest son Odd leads a resistance against Norway's King Halfdan, whose ruthless actions ignite a fierce revolt among their people.
