In the year 1837, U.S. President Andrew Jackson sends a wagon train of settlers into the uncharted Oregon territory, guided by mountain man Sam Brentwood. Alongside trail hand Whip Holt and widow Claudia Humphries, Brentwood and a diverse group of pioneers embark from New York to Independence, Missouri, the last trace of civilization before facing the unknown. As they navigate perilous challenges and form deep bonds, these brave souls take on the trials of the frontier in pursuit of their dreams and the destiny of a nation. This is their remarkable journey.
