Exiles at the Well of Souls

In "The Well World," an interstellar conflict ignites as Antor Trellig, the leader of a ruthless syndicate, acquires a supercomputer with near-omnipotent capabilities. The Council enlists master criminal Mavra Chang to thwart Trellig's ambitions, offering her a formidable reward or a dire fate if she fails. As they are drawn to the enigmatic Well World, created by the ancient Markovians, both adversaries find themselves in alien forms, battling amidst strange races for control of the universe.
