Holding the Light

In 1849, young Clemency Kivell is taken aback when her father, Seth, decides to purchase the deserted Poltraze Estate. Upon exploring the estate, she meets Kingsley Faraday, who claims he has bought Poltraze but refuses to take on the role of squire. Unexpectedly inheriting the estate from Squire Nankervis, Clemency and her family move in, only to face Seth's escalating anger and vindictiveness, leading to a tragic rift.
