Harmless at first, a seemingly lost bear in Big Rock soon becomes the center of chaos as attacks leave the town in a state of panic, prompting locals to hunt the creature. Meanwhile, a ruthless gang of bank robbers arrives, adding to the turmoil, alongside a professional hunter and a traveling medicine man with conflicting claims about the bear.
