Escape from Chernobyl

On April 26, 1986, as siblings Alina and Lev sleep in Pripyat, their lives are about to be irrevocably changed when Reactor No. 4 at the nearby Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant explodes. Their cousin Yuri, a custodian at the plant, is battling a spill as the disaster unfolds, while Alina's best friend, Sofiya, grapples with pride in her father's role as an engineer. As the siblings attempt to flee the impending chaos with their parents, they face the grim reality of a government disinformation campaign, leaving their loved ones—and the truth—behind as deadly radiation envelops their town.
