In the small town of Higbee, Colorado, a population of 147 finds itself at a crossroads as General Wade Garrison's ambitious railroad project threatens to spark conflict. Rancher Ike Clinton is determined to stop Garrison's plans for his own selfish reasons, leading to a fierce battle that divides the community.
