Masters of Rome

In 45 AD Britannia, Roman Legate Vespasian races against time to save his captured brother Sabinus from the druids, who plan to sacrifice them both during midsummer. As he battles the conquest of the haunted south-west of the isle, Vespasian also becomes entangled in the turbulent politics of Rome, with the bloody end of Empress Messalina looming and rival factions competing for power and favor. The stakes rise as Vespasian confronts both personal and political challenges, questioning the cost of his loyalty and ambition.
