In a futuristic 24th-century society where individuals own stock in one another and act out of economic self-interest, brilliant tycoon Justin Cord emerges from cryogenic storage. Rejecting this collectivist ethos, Cord takes the lead in galvanizing the outer regions of the solar system to establish a new government and instigate a revolt against the core powers of Earth and Mars.
