In The Corners of the Globe, Max embarks on his first mission for the enigmatic German spy Fritz Lemmer, who is linked to the murder of Max's father. Traveling to Scotland's Orkney Islands, he must retrieve a mysterious gray file while juggling the risk of exposure from a fellow tourist and protecting his true loyalties.
