Black Sea Affair

In a race against time, U.S. intelligence uncovers a global crisis when weapons-grade plutonium is stolen from Russia and transported on a rogue freighter in the Black Sea, leading to heightened tensions and the imminent threat of nuclear war. As the Russian army gears up for an offensive to retrieve the plutonium, an American submarine commander becomes embroiled in a dangerous situation, facing a military tribunal in Moscow.
