In Bordeaux, a serial killer terrorizes the region, leaving bizarre calling cards at crime scenes—a semi-circle of wine glasses, with the first filled. Wine expert Benjamin Cooker is summoned to help identify a grand cru linked to the gruesome murders, as a second victim is discovered. The investigation unravels connections to Bordeaux's dark past during the Nazi occupation, raising questions about the killer's motives. With time running out, Cooker and his assistant Virgile must race to decipher the clues before the killer strikes again.
