Trespasses

Set against the backdrop of Northern Ireland during the Troubles, "Trespasses" follows Cushla, a young woman living a quiet life with her mother while teaching at a parochial school and helping out at the family pub. When she encounters Michael Agnew, a Protestant barrister known for defending IRA members, a dangerous affair ensues, drawing her into a complex world that challenges her loyalties. As violence escalates in her community, a brutal incident involving a student’s father sets off a chain reaction that threatens all she holds dear.
