In a secluded island nation, Doggerland, Detective Inspector Karen Eiken Hornby grapples with the mysterious disappearance of world-famous singer Luna, who has returned home to record a comeback album. As the community buzzes with concern and a series of violent attacks escalate, Karen reluctantly takes on the task of discreetly locating Luna. With time running out, she must confront difficult decisions that could determine the fates of both Luna and herself.
