In Johnstone Country, the West is rife with tension as Captain Jed Foster steals a shipment of Springfield rifles, ammunition, and bayonets destined for Fort Bowie. With plans to sell the arms to anyone willing to pay—including Apaches and Confederates—Foster’s betrayal sets in motion a dangerous pursuit led by his determined junior officer, Lieutenant Grat Holden.
